The Q43P-1000A Metal Shredder is designed for overseas recycling projects that require equipment to match local power conditions, workshop layouts and production processes. Instead of supplying one fixed configuration to every market, the electrical system, operating controls, feeding method and discharge arrangement can be adapted to the buyer’s actual site.
The machine is equipped with 33 blades, each measuring 300 mm in diameter and 30 mm in thickness. Two 11 kW motors drive the cutting system at 16 rpm, providing a reference capacity of 2–3 m³/h. After processing, suitable metal scrap is reduced to pieces of approximately 30 × 40 mm.
Its 1010 × 720 mm hopper opening and 1010 × 550 mm shredding chamber provide a practical balance between loading convenience and processing capability. The machine is manufactured according to ISO 9001 quality management requirements, with factory inspection conducted before export.
Imported recycling equipment must satisfy more than a production-capacity target. Differences in industrial voltage, factory space, operating habits and local maintenance resources can directly affect installation and long-term use.
A machine may have suitable technical parameters but still cause difficulties if important project conditions are not confirmed before production. International buyers commonly need to consider:
The Q43P-1000A can be configured around the buyer’s operating environment. Before production, the material information and site conditions are reviewed to determine whether the standard model is suitable or whether adjustments are required.
Project-specific options may include:
This project-based approach helps reduce installation uncertainty and ensures that the shredder can be incorporated into the buyer’s existing workflow.

The Q43P-1000A can be supplied for overseas projects involving:
It can be installed as an independent shredding unit or incorporated into a localized recycling project. The final configuration should be confirmed according to the material, processing target and site conditions.
Suitable scrap is loaded into the hopper and guided into the shredding chamber. Two motor-driven shafts rotate at low speed, allowing the blades to grip and pull material into the cutting area.
The material is progressively torn and sheared into smaller pieces. Processed scrap exits through the lower discharge section and can be collected directly or transferred to other equipment.
Before shipment, the operating direction, motor performance, blade movement and electrical controls can be tested at the factory. Inspection photos and trial videos can be provided for buyer confirmation.
For an overseas project, model selection should include both material analysis and installation planning. Buyers are advised to provide:
These details allow the machine configuration to be reviewed before manufacturing, helping avoid costly site modifications after delivery.
Yes. The voltage, frequency and electrical components can be configured according to the buyer’s local industrial power supply.
Yes. Factory testing can cover mechanical operation, motor performance, control functions and trial shredding when suitable test materials are available.
Operating instructions, electrical information and relevant equipment documents can be supplied according to the final contract configuration.
Yes. Buyers can purchase a recommended spare-parts package together with the shredder to support future maintenance.
Remote installation and commissioning guidance can be provided. On-site service arrangements can also be discussed according to the project location and requirements.
